At Nucleus Portland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific home items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our gallery in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
